In-stock objects (tableware, vases, candy bowls, gifts)
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. To start a return, email feyza@feyzstudio.com with your order number. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return label and instructions. Items sent back without a return request can't be accepted.
Made-to-order lighting and furniture
Because each piece is made by hand to your order, we can't accept cancellations once production has begun, or returns and exchanges.
Damaged or defective items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged or not right, email us right away with photos and we'll make it right.
