CRYSTAL FLUSHMOUNT

Treasures Untold is the new chapter of the “Pillars of Meerschaum” Collection, born out of a fascination of mythical stories about mermaids, shipwrecks and treasure hunts, and Feyza Kemahlioglu’s deeply rooted connection to the Aegean Sea. 

Envisioning a mystical underwater archaeological site, formed by columns of intricately hand-carved Meerschaum, and hand-blown glass that has the colors, textures and remnants of the Sea, the collection takes you through the experience of exploring underwater and the mystery of what treasures you will find.

The Pillars are composed of glass globes shaped by hand to resemble rocks, full of texture and patterns made by colored glass frit and crystals. The Barnacles and Sea Flowers stuck on the globes take you under the Sea, where you examine coral reefs, finding seashells, colorful fish and even a ship rope tangled around a giant rock. 

The flush mount trio: Crystal, Sea Flower and Jellyfish are hand-molded round, opal white fixtures that have a dash of the crystal, flower, and sculptural  detailing but also are simple and softened to be mounted on wall or ceiling in a variety of interior spaces.

Each lighting piece is unique, made to order and customizable for size, color, metal finish. As the pieces are hand-made, and sculpted with an intensive amount of detail, each piece will be slightly different in its embellishments, texture and color.

Technical Details:

LED Strip Light : UL listed, Dimmable, 2700K

All pieces are fitted with 2700K Super White Dimmable LEDs unless specified otherwise. The LEDs are covered with an acrylic opaque white tube that fits inside glass globes. Fixtures require transformers to be placed in ceiling/wall or remote location.

Details & Care:

Each lighting piece is unique, made to order and customizable for size, color, metal finish. As the pieces are hand-made, and sculpted with an intensive amount of detail, each piece will be slightly different in its embellishments, texture and color.

Meerschaum pieces come in parts that fit into each other. A clear acrylic tube fits inside Meerschaum parts to hold them together. Meerschaum is a soft clay material and is hand-carved. There can be variations in color and needs to be handled with care.
