CUSTOM ORDERS

Our fixtures are highly adaptable to any space. We can customize most pieces to fit your needs. 

MATERIALS

Our material selection is very important to us. We work with expert craftsmen to make the best with each material we work with. We mostly use natural materials such as marble, leather ,glass, and wood. They each have their own unique characteristics and therefore will vary from piece to piece. 

UL/CE CERTIFICATION


All fixtures are assembled in accordance to UL code. Fixtures may be further certified and UL-Listed -- further details are available upon inquiry. EU fixtures are self-certified for CE Certification.

LEAD TIMES

Our lead times vary depending on the product, but are generally between 4 - 10 weeks. Please contact us for information specific to your item(s) of interest.  Lead times begin with receipt of payment and finalization of order details.  

ALL SALES

All orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Products ship when the balance due is paid in full.

We love working with designers and are happy to offer trade pricing.

RETURN POLICY

Because of the custom, made-to-order nature of our work, we are not able to accept returns or offer exchanges. Once your order is placed, cancellations will not be permitted. If upon receiving your new item you discover a problem, please contact us immediately and we will work with you to fix the problem. 

SHIPPING

We ship world-wide and are happy to arrange shipment on your behalf with our preferred carrier.  Long distance delivery costs must be determined by quote.  All merchandise must be paid in full prior to pick-up or shipment.
